You can try subliminals people make them on YouTube and there’s tutorials for making your own.
Here’s one for a God complex - I’ve noticed astral translates parts of your personality. So if you are a vampire in the physical you can be the same in the astral.
If you know how to astral project go to war or manipulate others in the astral and try out techniques before trying it on a fellow human.
The problem is that I don’t know how to astral project…di you know any good exercises or technique ? Thanks you.
