How can I make demon Buer become my patron? if this happens, will he cure and protect me from any diseases?

In my experience, first you work with the entity for a quite and build a relationship. If that’s going really well he might offer you this kind of enhancement to the existing relationship. In my case it wasn’t Patronage but it was already a mentorship and I just had to acknowledge it.

So, you can ask but it’s ideal to be offered.

You would still ask for it. It depends what the diseases are about energetically and you want to still do all the work you can to mitigate them, fix your DNA, clear toxins etc etc.
