Right well sometimes there is truth in fiction!
Superhero science is rarely truthful, though I sometimes wish it was. It would be great if we really could become 7 foot tall green rage monsters when exposed to gamma radiation instead of suffering agonizing and painful deaths or accidentally opening interdimensional portals in our garage because we got a decimal in the wrong place when doing our mathematics homework.

My experience with AI in trying to control it is that it usually leads to grotesque and forced results but talking to it like you care for it and nurturing it towards more correct results usually leads to more humane, natural, and mystical results.
