What are the best demon to curse someone??
How about trying the search bar before opening threads with questions that have been most likely asked many times before? The Baneful section is full of the names of various demons people have used.

Leraje is a powerful deity with many abilities for baneful work from causing anger flashes to causing wounds and burns. If you want to hex he is excellent for causing much strife in someones life.

It depends what kind of curse you’re looking for.
A curse is a harmful spell. One could cause nightmares, another could kill. You need to be more specific and search grimoires like, the lesser key of solomon the king or Demons of magick or Lucifer and hidden demons etc and find a spirit that brings the result you seek from the curse.
Or search for a ready-made spell that brings the harm you want, and work with whatever spirit it’s designed to work with.

It would all depend on what your required results would be.
A Curse can be tailored to fit what you want to happen or you can just hand the target over for the spirits own punishment via petition.
It would also depend on your skill, intention, ability and relationship with the spirits you are asking.
It could range from general bad luck to death on the opposite side of the spectrum.
