So I was doing some Crown chakra healing and Balancing this morning And after i was finish doing it in the lotus position I went to bed to meditate laying down while listing to calming meditation music i got into a Meditative state I notice the my root chakra was vibrating and then I felt and heard my Crown Chakra Popped almost like it open then I woke in my bed but then realize I wasn’t awake I didn’t figure this out until I woke my self up because of work
My question is does this mean my crown chakra is open because I heard the pop along with a surge of energy rasing up
