Is there any demons I can contact to tell if the person is a scam artist or not?

Please introduce yourself to members of the forum, it is a BALG rule.
On Andromalius that is a good choice. He can supposedly bring back both a thief and the stolen goods, punishes all thieves and other wicked people, and discovers hidden treasures, all evilness, and all dishonest dealing.
From the Daemonolatry Goetia by S. Connolly:
"Andromalius works well for execration and protection. Invoke him as a ward in your home to protect against theft or harm against you by other people. Wear his lamen when going out alone or going to dangerous places.”

Vassago (from Lemegeton, Ars Goetia) may help to discover information that has been deliberately hidden. This power applies only when you know that somebody, or an organisation, has deliberately hidden information from you.
Also Asmodai may assist you to develop your intuition regarding major decisions which in turn will be a valuable assets against scams.
