If you are a conduit is there a way to block certain spirits or entities from being able to use me as there conduit. How would one get out of being stuck in the middle of being a conduit?

By “conduit,” I’m going to assume you mean that you are a medium.
Pick up a copy of Bill Duvendack’s book Spirit Relations. It is full of good advice on how to close down connections and properly guard yourself.
