Quite a lot of beings from the Qliphoth are Draconic so you’re working with dragon energy already.
Qlipothic workings are part of the Draconian current. So, you would be working with those energies regardless and yes. Tiamat is part of the Draconian current but as far as I know is not directly part of the Qlipothic current. If you want to work with her, Kingu, and her children directly.
