I used to do it all the time. It’s basically an extension of scrying/remote viewing, where you create an astral ‘avatar’ that you control within the space you scry/perceive. Getting good at energywork really helps with it too.

Woooow how cool. What websites do you reccomend so that I too can learn. And what tips of your own would you like to offer on bilocating?
Work on visualization and energywork. If you can scry semi-decently, and have a good grasp on manipulating energies and creating astral constructs, you can bilocate easily.

And one more thing. Can you bilocate while awake? Is it possible to possess another person’s body and simultaneously walk around and live your life as though your avatar or soul just does its own thing?
