I was thinking about invoking spirits but i don’t know How to do an exorcism and i don’t want to if it isn’t necessary, so is it necessary?

Invocation is different from possession. It’s less intense. You can command the essence of the Being to depart from you when you are ready if you wish, however I never have.
Big thing is to cleanse, banish your home, and ground regularly. Shouldn’t have any issues if you do that.
For possession: I have never done that but from what I understand you can set a time frame for the possession beforehand and the Entity will leave at the designated time.
