The first thing you need to learn is how to enter an altered state. In the beginning, alpha is all you need but eventually for full evocation you will require going as deep as theta.
Use the search function in the right upper corner and type in Naamah. Many threads will come up and you should read look through them and see the methods that other people have tried.
Find one that resonates with you and practice. The important thing is to take it slow. It is better to take your time and get to know the entity first than to rush things.
