Can I make a sigil on A4 size paper or on the cloth or on the floor with the help of black marker???
Of course, why not? That’s what I do sometimes. It makes for a more visible sigil.

You can create it everywhere you want.
Although you should better not create one in a black wall,maybe you cannot see it

From my experience bigger the sigil is harder to work with. Its better smaller syze but powerfully charged

What a ridiculous question.
You can obviously draw sigils, on a number of different surfaces, using a marker pen. How did you think the rest of us were drawing sigils ?

You could make a sigil out of crayons, construction paper, a pair of nylons, a half-eaten twinkie and popsicle sticks.
