Pretty much, they can learn things by reading you but not always to such a deep extent, some entities legitimately just don’t know anything about you without asking.

How much say would a spirit specifically say…Lilith be able to read from someone? You say it’s something that needs to be trained…so curious about this for obvious reasons.
I assume she hasn’t trained to read minds…?
Does this ability to read someone increase/change if the spirit connects to someone deeply (aka spirit lovers?)
How does invoking affect this?

I’ve got 4 people in total that could read my mind and know every detail , I can’t go too deep on it but it’s the whole reason I’ve got myself involved in BALG and have an account and being active with magick , I started off as a Full blown non believer until these people came in my life , again I can’t go too deep into it but I’m glad magick does exist

Her being Lilith doesn’t matter, you’d have to ask her if she actually works on doing so and how far can she herself read into someone.
relationship doesn’t really increase anything besides possible bias.
Invoking allows the energy of the entity or the spirit themselves into your being, depending on the rules of the invocation you’re giving them full access to your thoughts.

I was just asking out of curiosity for how far she personally could, not out of bias because of what type of spirit/etc. More so cause I work with her and would be good to know.
When I invoke, how do I keep them from gaining access to my mind? Just state it as a rule/term for invocation beforehand?

Can’t we all access each other’s akashic records? I know that personally, I am able to access the records of others so I would genuinely like to know if this isn’t true across the board to people who put the work (of accessing the records/library) in?

I think you can, but usually good to have consent if it isn’t your own record. Since it might have private information, and people/their guides might not take it well if your just accessing without asking.

Can demons read minds?
In my opinion absolutely yes. The same counts for angels as well.
Every time you call an angel or demon in a ritual, the entity already knows what you want from him.
He just waits that you give him a task.
Besides of that I have 4 demon companion from S&S.
Sometimes when I have a certain thought, I get a response from them.
Like " We agree" or " We disagree". It`s a heavy peep noise in my ear in that moment.
And that only happens when the topic is about the occult in general.
For example, when I read something about Succubis, and someone said something negative about them, than I hear that peep noise in my ear again.
2 of my demon companions are Succubis, so…
In one of my companions description it`s said that my Succubus is incredible potent to read peoples intents.

I think they can also access the brain memory and wipe the targeted data in your cache (temporary/short term memory).

Well maybe during an invocation or if you give them permission to have access to your brain.
They can read minds, but the factor of them being able to do so depends on a few things:
Their knowledge of human anatomy and the human brain, including our nervous system.
These kind of spirit knowledges should not be underestimated, because when having that kind of access and knowledge to use, with or without permission, it’s easy to read minds and manipulate physical sensations.
The other factor is your own ability to communicate with them and being able to control and direct your thoughts to them. The healthiest way for our spirits to read our thoughts is when it’s directed to them, or when they sense our emotions and react accordingly to it.
With good intention and good-hearted spirit, they might read our minds like an open book, but knows the importance of thoughts as a ventilation to cope with our daily lives, and leave it that way.

According to that “human body nervous system display” - all our upper torsos have little to no nerves lol. Right by where the lungs are.
Anyway back to topic, I agree with what you said about it being easier when thoughts are directed at the spirit then just the passive thoughts in our day to day basis.
I can tell you that.
Very often when I think about sex, or watch a porn, or masturbate 3 seconds later she, my succubus appears by my side to soak up my sexual energy 
She knows from the distance whats going on in my head
