i did invite someone’s spirit guide and told them ill work with them and they said they were okay with it. Is that bad?

No, but one of them may be thinking you’re kind of immature or something.
Don’t worry, it’s normal for your age, but still, it is something they will want you to work in.
ETA: this looks more like a family spirit guide. Not demon, angel, succubi, incubi, nothing of the sort. FAMILY.

Honestly, I think you should spend some time finding a spirit mentor. There will be one out there that someone can validate.
