I have a bastard boss who manipulates me and has denigrated me several times in public and I want to ruin his company…
Is there a risk that my house will also be burned down? How can I avoid this? do I have to do the ritual outside the home?

I would call upon Vine or sabnock or both of them together thus completing a lunar and solar circuit of destructive force. Both of these spirits are specifically said to be able to destroy castles, towers and walls although this is most probably metaphorical, it doesn’t mean that they can’t!
I seen scenes of biblical destruction (such as storms created by Bileth) so a thing that is needed to create scenes of that proportion is to make your ritual as intense as possible by fasting etc…
