Aside from going straight to the source (which I’m going to tonight) I would like to know more (in depth) of the attributes that Buer has any info is welcome.

Patient, healer, bringer of hope. He tends to be non-judgmental, but frowns on addictions and things that will make you sick and weak in any way. Grimoires mostly focus on the way he has power over physical disease, but he is one of the best (and few) spirits to work with for mental disorders as well, imo.
In my experience, he is one of the most benevolent spirits I’ve ever met, demon or otherwise. Every time I think of him, I’m reminded of the C.S. Lewis quote: “Safe?” said Mr. Beaver; “don’t you hear what Mrs. Beaver tells you? Who said anything about safe? ‘Course he isn’t safe. But he’s good."
