This elixir ritual required a willing priestess who is contributing with her intentional power to the magick, which you are not. You can’t just steal that, it won’t work. The energy of rape is all wrong for the intended result. Like trying to make a cake with salt instead of sugar.
In any case it’s not a baneful spell against the priestess.
If he’s an idiot and hasn’t done that much then you can actually curse yourself and/or enhance a curse just out of fear of being cursed. Happens all the time in voodoo, a mage will do nothing more than leave a dead bird on someones doorstep, and superstition and fear gets them to do all the work themselves. Conversely feeling entirely disrespectful towards a persons magickal ability goes a long way to dissipating any attack they can form against you. It’s part of a good suite of protections to be dismissive in this respect. 
A massive amount of magick is psychological. Energy follows mind, that’s why.

Well first and fore most even if you got drunk in company of horrible people. It is in no way shape or form your fault. He or them sexual assaulted you, if a woman walks naked in the street is it a good idea? Probably not, but does that mean it is their fault if you get sexual assaulted? Absolutely not. No ine is entitled to someone elses body without consent. In court you dont have to mention you practice magick. Even if you did you can frame it as what it really is spiritual practices. You know what is more insane drinking period blood. It is tough tribal land falls under other jurisdiction but if you let state authorities know they can create warrants and work towards it consider how huge this is. Children are being raped, if the children and this is hard but if they report also they will investigate.
I will add and reiterate manifest you won. A few months there was a co worker who i worked with. He activley through out my career tried to get me fired. For no reason other than he is a miserable human, he been there 35 years and the boss loves him and he kisses ass. I am a way more talented welder not doing it nearly as long. Our customers have been raving since he left. His wife legit had kids with another man, she still see that man or other men. He is such a weak coward instead of leaving her he supported his wifes boyfriend and four kids. He would take that out by trying to get people fired because thats the only power he could have. I offered to fight him off property because i have kids and if youre trying to stop my way of providing youre essentially stealing. Anyway I wished he would just retire. That he would get what he deserved. That wish turned to vision I then imagined he was gone.
A few months ago he had a heart attack he is ok now but he retired. Perfect hes an asshole but i dont wish death these assholes you got deserve it but i got what i wanted in my situation.

I did quit drinking. That shit is poison anyways and I tend to get myself in trouble when i drink. Lesson learned.
