Can anyone recommend any good books dealing with the occult or magick that I could get from a library?

My local library has more hentai manga than occult books revelant to my practice that I donā€™t already have, in fact, I should go there to read hentai more often. However, I donā€™t know where are you from so I donā€™t know if your library has more books or what are the standards of your country regarding having occult books in libraries, thus I canā€™t help you

Well, that would be quite impossible, since we have no way of knowing what is available in your particular public library.

Libraries will carry almost anything; however it completely depends on what is popular in your area.

Perhaps I should be more specific. Is there any books I could check my library for?

Just google world catalog. Tipe witchraft. Or a author u wsnt. I tnk its helping yourself whit white witchrft. And the 70,and 80 btitish couple farrar, and a few good books. Constantinos. Shoul be there, 1 time i got, voodo course by brother moloch. To reaf i just pay postage

In a public librariA. Bcse university tey are more strict, since peopls take boos and resell it.

Try ā€œSupernatureā€ by Lyall Watson. He was an anthropologist, who witnessed some incredible supernatural feats, like a young, female shaman in Indonesia literally dancing a grove of trees in and out of existence. She clicked them on and off like a light switch.

Itā€™s considered a classic book, so there may be a high chance of your library carrying it. The story is also related in another of his books, Gifts of Unknown Things.

it was one of the first non-occult occult books I ever ran across. It doesnā€™t discuss magick so much as consciousness.

For magick, look for books by Konstantinos. Heā€™s one of the few non-Wiccan authors Iā€™ve found in the library.

My local library had ā€˜Lords of the Left Hand Pathā€™ by Stephen Flowers. I was the first borrower.
