But yea itâs always been about practicing, seeing the results, recording them in your journal and even trying different methods. Donât worry about doing things exactly by the book since in the beginning itâs more about establishing a practice and working on perceiving and directing energies the best that you can.
Also I want to say that sometimes a block or self doubt isnât actually a block but itâs actually you wanting something too quickly. It could also be a slightly wrong type of work that you are doing.

Great post. I have a similar technique as well. I want to add if youâre at a point where you can mentally accept nothingness as your state of being during meditation then youâll have no problem raising your Kundalini.
