BLACK NEI GONG | Advanced Necromancy | Teachings from Nergal

I apologize for my absence. Ishtar and Nergal have been drawing me away from community distraction to completely focus on my work.

I am however here now to offer a powerful gift given to me. A new system of approaching Necromancy through Nei gong but instead of life it is focused on the essence of death. I hold plenty of gnosis on this system and plan to continue sharing bits sparingly- this is very very powerful work and I do highly encourage you to bookmark this if you are interested in turning your body into a war machine from the inside out. there will regularly be posts added of more gnosis continuing on.

Black Nei Gong – The Path of Nergal’s Current

Nergal taught me Black Nei Gong is the forbidden path of training the body, breath, and mind using the heavy, dark, cold death essence drawn from Irkalla — Nergal’s underworld realm of Kur. This is not gentle life qi. It is the merciless current of the dead, the plague-bringer, the war-lord of the netherworld.

Warning: This work is extremely dangerous. Death essence from Nergal’s domain does not forgive weakness. If your vessel is unprepared, it will crush organs, shatter channels, drive madness, or drag you into the cold emptiness of the etemmu. Nergal does not baby anyone. Ground constantly in the lower dantian. Move slowly. Respect the current or it will devour you.

The goal Nergal emphasizes is to forge your body into a living necromantic weapon: an unbreakable cauldron that pulls, stores, refines, and weaponizes massive underworld currents for baneful magick, healing through destruction of weakness, commanding the dead, resilience beyond human limits, and sovereign gladiator power on the battlefield of life and death.

Chapter 1: The Basics of Black Nei Gong

Nergal teaches Fa is the method — postures, breath, and movements while drawing Irkalla’s currents. Gong is the power — when death essence flows on its own through a forged vessel.

Warning: Jumping to Gong without solid Fa is how fools end up broken. Nergal showed me the bodies of those who rushed.

Wei Wu Wei (Non-Doing): Practice until the techniques vanish. The current of Kur moves by itself. That is true Gong.

Water Death Essence (the heavy pull of Irkalla): Nergal taught me this is the first dominant current — cold, sinking, dense like the black waters of the underworld. It grounds you like an anchored corpse… or drags the unprepared into numbness and the grave. Always anchor in the lower dantian.

Yin Death Essence = cold, contracting, sinking (Nergal’s Irkalla currents).

Yang Death Essence = explosive, violent, rising (Nergal’s plague and war fire).

We purify both and bind them under Nergal’s rule.

The Eight Experiences are normal signs the etemmu currents are moving. Observe them. Do not resist. Nergal uses them to reveal and burn away weakness.

Main Stages (as Nergal taught):

1. Condition the body for heavy Kur current.

2. Regulate breath and mind.

3. Forge the lower death cauldron.4–6. Activate channels, direct power, make it automatic.

Daily practice is law. Consistency turns you into a living gateway of Nergal’s power.

Chapter 2: The dead Body

Nergal taught me where most die inside. Death essence from Irkalla is not yoga. If your body is soft, misaligned, or full of living-world filth, the heavy gallu current will rip you apart — tendons snap, organs fail, old wounds explode. Nergal discards broken meat without mercy.

All true necromantic power (summoning etemmu, baneful rites, commanding the dead, unbreakable resilience) requires the right vessel. Forge the Dead Body like the war-steel of Nergal’s underworld legions — tough, elastic, aligned, able to conduct gallons of Kur current without leaking or shattering.

Sinew-Changing Foundation (Yi Jin Jing – Death essence. )

Nergal emphasizes using the ancient transformations to supercharge the body for Irkalla’s essence: open blood, strengthen sinews, prepare marrow and organs for necromantic work.

Components of the Dead Body (train in this order):

• Muscles: Support structure, do not over-bulked.

• Tendons: Steel cables for violent death power.

• Jing Jin (Sinew Channels): Highways for underworld current.

• Huang (Fascia Web): The sacred sponge that soaks and spreads massive etemmu essence safely.

• Bones & Viscera: Must be dense and strong — Nergal punishes weakness here with sickness or collapse.

Correct Sequence (Nergal teaches): Align bones → relax excess tension → sink weight → fill and strengthen Huang → open sinews → full powerful flow.

Danger: Out-of-order work causes blockages, chronic torment, or total collapse. Death essence has zero mercy for ego.

This forges the Dead Body — a heavy, conductive weapon worthy of Nergal’s baneful power for healing through destruction, commanding the dead, and unbreakable resilience.

Chapter 3 (Channels): The Highways of Irkalla’s Current

Nergal taught me channels are the rivers of death essence. Blocked or weak ones turn the current into poison — organ failure, explosions, insanity. Open them slowly or Nergal’s gallu will punish you worse than any enemy.

Acquired Channels: Clear emotional junk (grief in Lung, rage in Liver, horror in Kidney) so heavy current flows clean for baneful magick and working with the dead.

Congenital Channels: The deep cage (Governing, Conception, Thrusting, Girdling) — foundation for advanced necromancy and full death orbits.

Huang: The web that holds everything. Train it thick and powerful so massive etemmu essence can be stored and weaponized without leakage.

Development of decay: Align → sink → fill Huang → open sinews → clear acquired → open congenital → full death orbit.

Nergal emphasizes that this turns the body into a true Death Vessel — open channels, strong Huang, current flowing heavy for necromancy, resilience, and sovereign power.

Chapter 4: Awakening the Lower Cauldron (lower Dantian)

Nergal teaches The lower cauldron below the navel is the furnace of all real power. Rush it before the Body is solid and Irkalla’s currents will cook your organs or drown you in cold emptiness. Build it like the black forge of Nergal’s realm.

This heavy black cauldron stores, generates, and drives underworld current for baneful rites, healing the self by destroying weakness, and commanding etemmu.

Practical Training (as Nergal showed me):

Stand in Wuji → heavy sinking breath → drop mind like a corpse into the cauldron → gather Kur essence → condense and rotate gently → test with stronger current.

Signs of awakening: heavy cold density, bottom-heavy rooting, darker presence, ability to store and weaponize death power without leakage.

This engine powers everything that follows.

Chapter 6: Regulation of the rotten Mind

Nergal taught me the mind directs the current. A weak, emotional, or scattered mind turns Nergal’s gift into self-destruction — madness, crushing despair, or hollow void. Forge an iron rotten mind or be erased.

After Body and Breath, lock the mind into a cold black throne rooted in the lower cauldron. It must observe poisons without attachment, command with ruthless intent, and release waste like corpses floating down the rivers of Irkalla.

Process: Sink awareness → quiet the storm with the five keywords → observe and release emotional etemmu → anchor in heavy stillness → direct current with pure will.

Signs of Regulation: Heavy cold stillness, emotions pass like shadows, absolute command, spontaneous absorption into the Dead Body.

This turns you into a true necromancer under Nergal — cold, heavy, sovereign. Baneful magick flows from intent. The dead obey. Resilience becomes godlike. Healing comes through destruction of all that is weak.

Training Log: What to Expect from the Basic Foundation

With consistent daily practice of the basics I posted (mainly Wuji standing + sinking the mind to the lower belly), you start building a controlled relationship with death energy.

What you may notice early on:

• A heavy, cold, sinking feeling in the lower belly (dantian) — like something dense is settling there.

• The mind gets quieter overall, but also heavier. Some days calm and stable, other days restless or irritated as old emotional stuff surfaces.

• Other common signs: cold hands or feet, slower/deeper breathing, feeling “darker” or more grounded, weird dreams, or minor old aches that flare up then fade.

Main practice right now:

Stand in Wuji for 10–20 minutes a day. That’s it. Focus on the lower belly, breathe naturally, and stay relaxed.

Go slow. This is the death current — respect it. If anything feels too heavy, painful, or overwhelming, stop and ground yourself.

I’ll keep posting the next chapters and more logs as I go. If you start practicing, feel free to share what you notice.

Stay consistent. The goal is to entirely remodel your energy bodies, energy centers, dantians, channels and eventually cells to autonomously and unconsciously house death essence under your complete conscious willful control. This will not happen over night. The foundation is necessary if you have not started yet. You are becoming embodiments of death.
