Hey all, I have a question on binding or anchoring someone to a location. Binding isn’t my specialty. I’ve read through the binding tutorials and I think the concept is translatable to my objective, I’m just not sure how best to approach it.
In brief: I really need to remove someone from work with urgency. On sunday I did some work aimed at getting her away from the office to give me breathing space to set up something more significant. On tuesday morning some sort of family situation occurred in another city. She flies there tomorrow. Nice and quick that one.
I am wondering now if I can bind or anchor her there. I realise that given that her house, possessions and work are up here, it is unlikely she will be stuck there permanently. But if I can bind or anchor so that she is delayed there and also feels a strong compulsion to move back there, it may do the trick nicely.
I’ve printed out a map and small picture of her. My initial thought is that part of my process will involve gluing that picture to that location. I get that these processes are primarily intention driven, but I would like to find out more from those with expertise in this side of things how I can strengthen the process and maximise chances of success.
I am open to any thoughts.
Note that the map will be too big to burn without setting off the hyper sensitive fire detection systems in my block of flats. Also, I dont have access to a freezer. Just wanted to cover those off as they seem popular in binding work.

Well, ive given it a crack.
Method. I opened the antiversal seal, called for all forces, powers and energies responsible for binding, trapping and restraining. Then i took out my little map, looked for a time at the city in question, meditated on the city itself, the sights, the sounds, walking down its streets (ive been there a few times myself).
Then I picked up the small photo of her, imagined it actually was her. Then pinned her to the city with a drawing pin (known in some parts of the word as a thumb tack). I repeated my chosen words whilst imagining her hitting an invisible wall every time she tried to leave the city.
I folded up the paper and bound it, whilst repeating my chosen words with great sincerity and enthusiasm and letting thoughts of her remaining in the city move through my head.
Then I said my words again, placed the package on the seal and tasked it.
Then I set up my candle, lit it and meditated on it for a time whilst saying various relevant phrases “she shall live there and die there”, “should she stray she shall be drawn and compelled back to [city name]”, “she shall make it her abode forever” and things like that. I spent some time imagining the team getting an email from her saying she has decided to stay there and move there permanantly. I imagined the team chatting excitedly about this. I imagined our relief. I imagined the director making the official announcement that she has left and will not be returning. and many other similar imaginings.
I got a strange urge to pour some of the wax over the package, so I did. I’ll burn the candle for a time and meditate on it every night until it burns out. Then I’ll bury it somewhere.
Anyway, that is the approach I took.
If anyone has any perceptions about the ritual, you are welcome to share them.

Binding is simple to anchor them there, no need of such tedious work, use spirits like Tehyagrah, Bagenol or Fortiar. Open their sigil and frame the request like bind XXX so that she gets stuck there in that location.
Next, bind again with request bind XXX so that her works get delayed there. - there by her stay can extended.

Your method feels good. I get a sense of a missing ingredient.. like it needs salt and pepper, if that makes sense.
As long as it works I see no problems with your approach.
I was shown a binding similar once. Involves charging a nail with the help of spirits and intent over a period of time. Then driving the nail through the targets picture on a map with a shout of something along the lines of “You are bound” or “Here you stay”. Usually done on the side of a dead tree in the wilderness.

thanks both. As i have a few more nights worth of burn in candle, i will engage tehyagrah for tonights part and also wrap an additional layer including salt and pepper around it

I didn’t mean actual salt and pepper but more of a metaphor. Like when you taste food and it needs that “something.”

Well. This is awkward. I started the binding to anchor her to the city she travelled to on saturday night. Just learned she had returned to our city late saturday morning. So she was already back when I started the work. I will continue with it until the candle is fully expended, pondering whether it may draw her back down there?
Could try switching directions and building a spell that draws her there and traps her.

Im actually thinking that the binding, if successful, may do that. Heard her on the phone yesterday, only partially overheard, but seemed to be trying to arrange accomodation in a hurry. dont know if its there though, partially overheard snippets of conversation. She wasnt at work today.

Right, to avoid time zone confusion for everyone. Its now thursday here. On tuesday afternoon I overheard the target on her phone seemingly trying to arrange accomodation.
She wasnt at work wednesday, and I learned today that she is in said other city and caught a flight there tuesday night.
So she has indeed returned there on very short notice. All I can get is that its for a personal matter. Don’t know if its a flare up of the same personal matter she had to rapidly head down there for after my last working or something different. For context its her original home city and she has family there etc. She is intending to return here during the weekend.
So seems like I’m playing ping pong between cities with her. But what I really want is for her to eff off out of my city (and thus my workplace) long term.
The reason I aimed the binding at that particular city was because thats where she suddenly had to go after my first working to remove her from here.
Thinking now, a push and pull approach may be better. Pushed her away from here, she ended up there. Tried to bind her to there/draw her back there.
Perhaps the logical next step is to try to banish/exclude her from here rather than aiming more work at drawing/confining her there.
Did any of that make sense? Thoughts?
You may try cord cutting her connection to where you are, and then banishing her. Follow that up with a "magnetic"spell to draw her to the other city and then let your binding do the rest. It sounds as though the binding is attempting to work, but the scenario isn’t ideal.

Well, that was off. I just did the last night of this. The candle spontaneously went beserk.
Its a little tealight. The flame suddenly erupted, would have been 3-4 centimetres diameter and maybe 8-10 in height and started thrashing around wildly.
I extinguished it, which took a few attempts. Then I poured the wax over the petition and will bury it tomorrow.
I dont know if there is a mundane reason for this unusual presentation or if it is somehow a factor of the energies of the ritual. Never seen a tea light do that before.
Well… something else has kicked off for her down there and she’s flying down again tomorrow morning. Thats three for three. Definitely some rubber banding/ping pong/yo yoing going on.
Its like she’s back for a few days and then whatever personal stuff going on there flares up again and she has to rush back down. Not even sure if its flare ups of the same situation.
Very positive indications so far. Just need her to move permanently.
