What exact process are you talking about? The power of Dynamis, for example, can speed up magical results but without knowing exactly what you want sped up, it’s hard to recommend any specific spirit.

Breast budding and softer skin is the outcome i am looking for. I just started so I am curious if there is anyone out there or other methods to speed up the process so i can get to that outcome sooner.

Aphrodite and Venus can help with obtaining more feminine traits but in my opinion, your own mind would be the best choice to speed up the effects of HRT because it has a direct connection to your body. Your mind can alter hormones, neurotransmitters, blood circulation, etc. You can literally think yourself sick and think yourself well. There are placebo studies that show how the mind can improve the efficacy of a drug just through belief. I highly recommend Taylor Ellwood’s book, Inner Alchemy if you’re interested in using magical techniques to influence your body.
