So, I have a situation with my bank (c.u.). They are giving me a lot of slack lately and have flagged my account as they believe that I’m using it for different means or being on someone else’s orders, which I’m not, and I have to pull a large amount out Monday to take care of an emergency that I have. However, because it’s been flagged and everything has to go through the risk department now. I will need some assistance in this. I’m just not sure which spirit would be right for this. Either Belial or King Paimon. I know Belial is good at persuasion and King Paimon is good at manipulating and changing people’s minds, but I’m not sure in this regards. Any helpful advice would be appreciated.

Why not use both? Belial is good for getting authority, ie the bank higher ups, on your side and King Paimon is good for direct manipulation of will.
Do a divination first so you know the reason for the block on your account and then target it directly.

Oh, I know why they’ve restricted it. They’re saying its due to a huge check that I deposited into it and because of the way I’m using the funds, they say everything, including the check itself screams fraud when the funds came from another account of mine. They even held the check for 10 days before crediting my account with it and now restricted it.
Then Belial would be the best able to break through the red tape for you.

I kinda figured he would be but wasn’t too sure. I have one dilemma though. Due to my current living conditions, I’m unable to perform any rituals now. Could I just meditate on it with Belial orchestrating to have them either lift the restrictions or to make it easier for me to withdraw the funds?
You could just open his seal and state your intent, then carry it with you until you get your result. Another option is to perform a pathworking for him, like that in Corwin Hargrove’s book Goetia Pathworking.

Hail King Belial, it worked. I generated his sigil in my mind’s eye on my way to the bank and they withdrew the money for me. They only gave me a little more than half of it today due to limits, but I’ll be able to pull out the remaining amount tomorrow as they’ve already concurred with the risk department in that regards.

Do you think this intent with the sigil will work if the sigil is already a tattoo on someone’s body?
I think it would depend on the purpose of the tattoo. Some people get spirit seals tattooed just because they look cool rather than with the intention of actually connecting with the spirit in question. However, if the tattoo was ritualized and dedicated to the spirit, then yes, I think you could charge it with an intent like you would a paper or metal seal.

I am already connected and work with all of the spirits I have as tattoos
so all of my tattoos are dedicated to my various guides
so when they do this they close your account and mail you a check in 60 dsya.. had this happen with $300k once… took 90 days by the time it was all over.
if they restricted it after a release you should expect an account closure

Seems you were correct, my friend. They closed the account with $25k still but now I don’t know how I’m going to get it cashed. Unless my other business account allows me to increase my deposit amount just enough to deposit it. I’m just gonna be holding unto a check for nothing and it’s a business cashier’s check.
Well, the restrictions are due to Fraud and drug dealers. It used to be problematic getting huge amounts out of banks, and still is to a lesser amount, now the problem is getting ill-gained funds into banks.
Belial and Paimon as mentioned should be great for the situation.
