The Emerald Tablet: Alchemy of Personal Transformation by Denis William Hauck
It is over 400 pages but covers all major alchemical transformations in pursuit of the Philosopher’s Stone.
It is a deep read, but then the operations will be yours to command. Each major operation such as Calcination is described in detail and accompanied by an anecdote.
To me it all boils down to hermeticism, but the book is an eye opener and it has been useful.
