I think developing energy body via meridians is better and safer and i want a book to know the meridian system with pictures

Personally, I like the work of Bruce Frantzis. His book Opening the Energy Gates of Your Body is very good.

I use robert bruce new energy work right now but i want something more, something that prepare me for soul travel you know

Bruce Frantzis teaches the Water Tradition of qi gong. It is very powerful.
