Is it possible to become possessed by Jesus just like how people become possessed by demons?

Yes, it’s technically possible, though unlikely, as according to the mythology Jesus already knows what it is like to be human while demons do not. He probably has no interest in revisiting it.
Jesus does get invoked a lot though.

I wonder if possession is the same as the walk-in.

No. A walk-in supposedly happens when the original spirit decides to leave the body for whatever reason, and another then decides to take its place. Basically, one spirit discards its meat suit, and the next one picks it up and puts it on.
Possession, on the other hand, is when two different consciousnesses sharing the same meat suit, though one usually overshadows the other.
