open both sigils,
you’ll notice the difference. 
The Secound one,
doesn’t call that Spirit alone,
but in co-relation to Samael.
It’s like when you call on Elohim or Adonai,
in combination with Uriel,
in one operation,
rather then calling just Uriel by itself.
