I have, since two months, a co worker who is a pain in the ass. A fucking asshole. Aggressive, arrogant, egoistic …. well you see the picture.
I’ve tried a frozen bottle spell without success.
I’ve tried a visualization spell with nothing in return.
Usually, I am pretty good with my Sorcery with great amount of success, but there … I am too much involved emotionally !!!
I can’t stop to hate him, I can’t feel that “it is done, he will be away soon.”
So, I need to make him quit the job.
Or worse.
No matter what, I want him banished from my experience.
I want him away from my sight, I don’t want to hear from him anymore.

If you can soul-travel, you could go to his Higher Self, but that’s more complex.
