So today someone stole my laptop with years of my musical work on it that I can never get back. Ive never done baneful magick but I am so pissed off and really want to fuck up their life but I have no idea who they are. Do you need to know the target?

Yes and No. It depends. Its a matter of being able to use Psychic ability to find some essence of them. I mean at this point you’d basically be tracking them psychically in order to do a successful magick.
