30 mins Saa taa naa maa meditation. It was very easy to do and there was not much struggle while doing it like before even tho i had a lil bit of struggle in the end of the meditation but Im still glad i made it without much struggle like before. The first image i saw was of Buddha. i didn’t take this seriously berfore as i saw this before thinking it was just in my head but i actually saw two spirits in my Room while my eyes were closed, Im thinking i saw it through my minds eye or third eye maybe not sure but still seeing that gave me motivation to keep going and i felt alot of touches too even tho it was light i still felt it really well so im glad to see im making some progress :smiley:

I gave a quick go to Ur Group’s “Knowledge of Air”: let go of the body, empty mind trying to sink in the spirit, think about the air, then try to activate breath with mind instead of the body. One is supposed to lie down, but I did that while sitting and reading… There are some stages of progress: observe the breath and eventually realize it as light, then pervading the “cold”, “stony” body of the breath itself etc.
