30 mins saa taa naa maa meditation. I felt some touch and this werid feeling on my abdomon then i felt some touches and warm touches on my thighs other than that the meditation was really relaxing for me. Oh i forgot to say that i forgot to do the mudras but i did it halfway through the meditation and i did feel some struggle at first as usual but the more i get into deep relaxation the more easy for me it is to meditate.

3 min meditation on each chakra vibrating its bija mantra while gazing at the sigil of Belial draining energy from there to each of my chakras.
Total 21 minutes.
While doing it I started to see dots of light in my periferia view. After finishing the meditation I started to hear strange high frequency sound in my left ear. The sound faded for about 10 mins.
I apologise for not posting yesterday. I forgot.
