Balancing Light and darkness meditation

this meditation is about balance,if you do some really dark things like i do you may see that you intervene or just some side effects, this meditation will not fuck up your darkness but it will instead smooth it

add on:
pranayama
tree asana

the meditation
sit in lotus position,do the prayer mudra above your head
and visualise a dark sun above white sun
feel them
feel darkness, feel infernal, feel the black sun
feel light, feel celestial, feel the solar powers
feel them collading
feel them coming into one
its hard to visualise what to see,but just feel them, for example for me i saw a black sun with white glowing around it

I am just going to guess based off my experience but I would think the second practice mentioned here would be use for balancing:

I learned to use that breathing technique albeit with a ratio of 1:4:2 instead of 1:2:4 to balance the right and left sides of the body. Though if @Xag_darklight has a different one in mind for this or if this exercise is more neutral in the breathing technique you can choose I would be interested in knowing as well. Though if I got it right it could save some time in explaining how to do it having the handy link.

There is the Nadi Shodhana, which I use to strengthen the Muladhara and Ajna Chakras. Because it’s a Pranayama that balances the three primary nadis in the body.

Do you mind sharing it? I am afraid I am very bad with the names of the techniques and always forget those even if I never forget the technique itself.

It’s better to just Google it if you’re unaware. And a warning from experience, if you find yourself short of breath, don’t hesitate to stop.

Ahh ok I know that one basically a variation of the one I was talking about. You can see how bad I am with the names sometimes lol. Thank you though let’s see how long I remember this time.

i use the normal pranayana, the one that you just switch and close nostrils

Yeah, that’s Nadi Shodhana Pranayama. There is no “normal” Pranayama, Pranayama is a vast and diverse group of yogic exercises related to breath: there’s Dirga Pranayama, Bhastrika Pranayama, Ujjayi Pranayama and so many more.

The 7 yogi is basically the same as 7 chakras, you practice flexing your emotion frequency and combination, I used Colors an numbers that are symbolic to each one of mine thru shape shifting . asriel reviled that pattern and works perfect. Everyone has their own technique
