I’m working on ascent, should I balance or blacken the chakras first?

good point, once blackened are the chakras still isolated and not merged? or they can be merged both regular and blackened.
im asking because i read somewhere that once you merge chakras you can gain a lot more energy and its more efficient, but once merged, can we reverse this process
Everything can be undone. I’d suggest doing both at the same time if you’re going to blacken
