How did you put Azazel’s sigil into Saturn’s square? When I tried to do it, the numbers that the Hebrew correspondences give are totally different. They are:
7 (7+0), 7, 1, 7, 3 (3+0). In the sigil you are showing, it would be: 1-2-3-4-6-7-8-9. So there are two options, one is that the sigil of Azazel was not actually meant to be drawn in Saturn’s square, or the sigil is not actually Azazel’s sigil, but the planetary seal of Saturn.

I have noticed that the sigil of Saturn in the veritable key of Solomon as well as The Goetia of Dr. Rudd are the same as the sigil of Azazel.

It would be very interesting to know where did EA got Azazel’s sigil from, because that I know Azazel’s sigil was never given in a grimoire before the BoA

I didn’t see Azazels sigil in the BoA. However… I did see this sigil listed as Azazel in Evoking Eternity.

is it just me or is it not wierd that he didit publish azazel’s sigil in the book of azazel but in evoking eternity?

True no sigil is listed. However he does list the song in which Azazal can be called.

If the Black Sun is the opposite of the actual Sun, and if polarity (ref. Kybalion) is 2 sides of the same issue, is Azazel’s aim with the BALG thing the opposite of what’s conventionally perceived as Saturn’s role, which is to restrict within rightful boundaries, and the limits of time etc?
I’m talking about the process described here http://www.skyscript.co.uk/7bodies.html under “Ascension of the Soul” only it happens while still alive - like the “initiatory deaths” you find in lots of traditons, in which the person has the spiritual awareness of a dead person (existing in spirit only) whilst still alive?
(If that’s an annoying/stupid question, that’ll be because I have annoying, stupid moments, just like most folks!)
Seriously, I don’t mean to ask for “spoilers” on the BOA, I’m just trying to wrap my head round it a bit because so much of this is relevant to things happening right now in my life that curiosity is getting the better of me. :o)

The sigils EA uses are in the Special Reserve addition, they are also available on this forum and ib the Dixie State College video. Stephanie Connelly deals with the sigil of Azazel in her latest work concluding that the sigil commonly given for Azazel (evoking eternity) is actually the planetary sigil for Saturn. This is due to the spellings of the angels associated with Saturn being mistook for the name Azazel. I don’t care quite frankly, the secret sigils on this site work, though you really don’t need the sigil to call Azazel, just saying his name draws the demon to you.

I’ve been on this path now for many years now. Well I’m a Satanist although not you’re mainstream type. I see Satan as Azazel @ least that’s how he appears before me that is for I’m wondering if perhaps what’s the best method to gain a better connection with Azazel? I’d just downloaded The Book of Azazel. So would that be a starting point?

In Agrippa (Book 2 chapter 7) Azazel is attributed to the planets Jupiter and Venus.
In Book 3 chapter 18, in a footnote about Zazel, Donald Tyson brings up the story from the book of Enoch about Azazel. Is this a mistake by Tyson that had lead to the modern attribution of Azazel to Saturn?
