If I’m gonna do aura work for physical healing, what colour do you all primarily suggest I use?
I’d really appreciate some info from masters in really good health.

Theres a book called “Pranic healing” by choa kok sui that talks about this. He also has a book for advanced users that goes into detail about using different colors when healing with energy. I have the first book and i like it. I would also recommend getting robert bruce’s books “new energy ways” or " Energy work" which talks about working with energy, and there’s also a section about healing.

I’m a distance energy healer, I could see and touch aura of patients, but I don’t use color visualization when healing with energy.
Just out of curiosity I’ll read the books you recommend.
