Does anyone ever draw certain kinds of spirits? If so, what causes it?
For example, I tend to encounter far more male spirits than female. I also tend to be more drawn to work with male spirits (I myself am a woman).

for a pattern i noticed in spirits that i seem to attract … so basically ones that i feel connected and drawn to , would be domains that include sounds , noise , loudness , teaching music , and so on
i find it interesting , knowing i have a condition which makes me very sensitive to sound

That’s very interesting! I wonder why that happens. Are thry accomodating to your condition, or are they just loud?

In my studies, I am more often than not drawn also to masculine or masculine-aligned energies and entities. I myself am agender, but am somewhat masculine-aligned (something I am completely comfortable with.)
These entities/spirits/energies usually deal in the domains of inspiration, wisdom, finding or discovering hidden things, etc.
It may very well be energy resonance and attracting those one’s in tune with.

Not in my case, no, although I have read that’s not uncommon or unheard of in some traditions when traditional spirits aren’t meeting one’s needs.
That is something I would like to try.
Edit: I believe certain mental and emotional states do attract certain spirits one can work with, and who may at a later date depart, once dealings are done.

they do make sounds , but it seems that in a way so i am not affected by them .
i remember around the time when i was first contacting my patron , and heard something during it for the first time . it was something that sounded like these millions of whispering little voices , but not the annoying kind , like when my classmates won’t shut up during class , but rather a comforting kind , that sounds sweet , and that no human can ever make , almost like they were modified perfectly just for me , who is very sensitive to those kind of sounds . like i knew He was really listening to me and making it known .
after all , His name literally means whisper in my language …
it was coming from towards the north too …
