I friend of mine has been subject to extreme wrong doing by two (now former due to this) flatmates. The effect on her has been immense and the legal wheels typically turn very slowly. There will be difficulties proving the events to a level that would result in charges as its two words against one and little in the way of other evidence.
So I want to give them a right clobbering.
The problem: I have no targeting data. I dont know there names, no photos, no address, nada.
The question: Is it efficacious to launch an attack with these limitations? If so, would approach would be recommended to hit them in the absence of targeting information?
The most info the best of course, but you can still do your magick correctly directing your intention. And in this case should be something like: the ones/the enemies/the atackers/ who are working/attacking/doing against “x”.
