When you either soul travel or astral project to see someone, can they, 1, see you, and 2, sense your presence or know who it is who’s there?
1: Yes, if they have clairvoyance.
2: Possibly. Humans have a natural instinct that tells them when they’re being watched (it evolved as a sort of danger sense so predators didn’t take them unaware) so a person’s body might react without them knowing why. It most often happens when you’re in an unfamiliar place so your senses are heightened but even on a crowded bus, most people can sense when someone is encroaching on their space or staring at them.
2.5: If they are familiar with your energy signature, then yes, they can identify who is there. Family can usually identify the presence of other family, for example, especially if they live together.

i had a friend a very long time ago who could project at will. we would do experiments together. (i lost her email 
) she was such a powerful energy when she arrived at my location my hairs would stand on end and the whole room would wobble. i think it depends on a couple of factors how much you feel. im very empathic person so i could always feel energy well. i think that helped but she was so strong i think just about anybody not even into this stuff would feel.
