Is it possible distinguish like a newbie between a Lord/Duke/Count/God/Whatever and a parasite/negative/lower-demon/whatever spirits in the astral ?

I don’t subscribe to the concept of hierarchies like this so I would say no. You must make judjements based on whether you called it, and it’s behaviour. As a rule, ignore or banish all entities you didn’t call, especially when new to it.
