I don’t know if I’m predisposed to it, but I can definitely see now why Aleister Crowley was so obsessed with yoga. I remember reading about him trekking up the side of a mountain in Tibet in the early 1900’s and I always wondered why? Unless he was searching for something even more esoteric.

Seriously, a lot of what I’ve seen of Robert Bruce’s work so far, reminds me of all the yoga I’ve done over the years (I just got addicted, somehow). Being a member of this forum, you’ll know that when I say yoga, I don’t mean the mainstream stuff.

I did a lot of Kriya and Kundalini (not the mainstream stuff either) Yoga, and those and the little bit of Yoga Nidra I did, reminds me a lot of Robert Bruce’s stuff. It’s a bit like a more in depth version of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra 2.0 maybe.
