Can I give an offering to an spirit in exchange for improving my art skills?.

im not the expert at this but im sure anything is possible. have you researched spirits that might help you with your art? i bet there are many that can help you with this. maybe an offering or maybe not? also maybe you can connect to higher self to unleash that creativity too. 
in franz bardons book the practice of magical evocation if i remember right there are tons of spirits that are willing to help with art that do not require any kind of offerings etc

Yes. As long as you put a very respectable amount of effort into it, they will accept it.
The work and effort shows appreciation to said spirit and that’s all they really want at the end of the day.

as long as you avoid AI art they will appreciate anything and symbiotically help you improve. No AI is the general rule I’ve had “feedback” after witnessing so called “pro mage” fall down AI Art rabbit hole using Solomonic spirits and asking them how they felt (disdain). (Worse is the lwa, don’t get me started). But you are using your creativity, that’s a beautiful thing.

I’d say anything with creativity is appreciated and that is not limited to digital art. Just no artificial intelligence

I can readily reinforce this. If I’m with a spirit and I make any sort of mention of AI; I always get a bad taste in my mouth.
The only thing I use it for is things like numerology charts or certain conversions numbers to letters or vice versa so I can avoid any miscalculation.
Which by UPG, they don’t mind because I’m the one putting all the pieces together and performing it.
