A good number of years ago now, I’d heard from my old teacher- whom I’d rather not name, on the aside- that Archangel Michael had cured a client’s child of cancer after having made an offer that was too good to refuse. I hadn’t gotten much more detail, and I couldn’t personally verify it, but on the other hand, hadn’t read anything but sincerity in terms of his belief; remembering the particular phone call, now: when talking briefly about his healing altar. Meanwhile, I’ve since heard about Michael being a healer from other indirect sources as well.

Killing. There isn’t much he can’t put down.
Purification. He can clear any area or person of negative or destructive energy.
Confidence. He’s the ultimate powerhouse that can stand tall against anything thrown at him. If you want that alpha male swagger, Michael can help you out (he doesn’t much care for arrogance or boastfulness though).
Interesting. I have not personally heard of him being a healer but he does kick ass so it makes sense that the ass he kicks could be that of a tumor. In Jareth Tempest’s book Archangel Pathworking, one of the abilities given for the archangel Samael, for example, is “the power to overcome disease as he will attack the illness.”

I remember having been somewhat incredulous at first, myself; given that it’d been news to me at the time. But, yeah. That’s essentially what I’d been told in so many words, with an added mention of the “burning out” of said tumor, in context.
Otherwise, for what it’s worth, it’s easy to agree with all three of your points. As with all the archangels, there’s an indisputable, raw power sensed behind Michael. And I think Baneful Magick, too- one of those books, anyway- mentioned his ability to “rain down an apocalypse”, in relation. Meanwhile, I can at least say firsthand that he’d not only helped someone I’d taught with their own spiritual healing, but he’s also been great at binding.

I also didn’t trust him in the beginning, but ever since he helped me with a problem I had for years, I’m grateful to him and I’ve definitely changed my opinion on him

Yes, definitely. There’s a certain feeling of vast, divine power that’s balanced by an equally great sense of mercy and warmth which is also comforting to me in a unique way. But moreover, there’s a willingness to help seemingly anyone in need underlining it all. Those who stubbornly refuse to work with angels like Michael are missing out on amazing allies, for sure.
