Somewhat disagree. Lilith DOES have daughters. She also has sons. Usually her daughters are called succubi or vampires even though that’s probably not fully accurate, but regardless, she does indeed have daughters that are very sexually oriented.
Usually, Lilith is big on promoting independence and throwing off the shackles of society while also challenging others to confront their shadow. Lilith is definitely more than just sex, but sex is a still a big part of her, I would say, and also, when confronting oneself and throwing off shackles, sex very often comes up as a part of that.

I wasn’t talking about Lilith. I don’t hold it in my worldview that the Lilim, Succubi and nightmares can be all reduced to the same thing.
Night hags and Succubi/incubi have the same root fairly recently. Per wikipedia, “historically, folkloric belief in succubi was motivated by distressing nighttime phenomena, chiefly wet dreams and sleep paralysis.”
Lilim are the children of Lilith according to Jewish folklore and Kabbalistic teachings. They are human beings - Lilim loosely derive from the term illegitimate. As applied to all children born out of wedlock and belong to Lilith. But lilim can also come from legitimate parents who sinned during their conception. If any sperm is spilled or the thoughts are not religious at organism, energy can escape that Lilith uses to male spirit lilim, which them fo kill babies and were blamed for infant mortality.
Currently lilim are sometimes called the incubus and succubus, but my contention is this is new age bullshit some Internet lazy non-scholar made up because they thought it sounded cool.
I’m not a fan of dumbing down the complexities of history and being reductionist rather than go the the trouble of reading the uniqueness in it, and the resulting sloppy cartoon of what once was, is generally to everyone’s loss.
Lilim and night hags come from to totally separate countries/cultures, times and were invented for different purposes. You can always create servitors to do that inspired by them, but if you don’t realize that’s what you’re doing, then you’re also probably going to wonder why your magick doesn’t work. You want to work with the actual entity you picked I think, more than a parasite pretending or a servitor.
