If you don’t want to commit to a single poet I would suggest to look for Sufi poem compendiums. For example you can buy a kindle version of “Sufi Poems” by Rashid Abdullah & Shaista Zakir with a collection from twenty Sufi poets to get into the “groove” and to find out what writing style you like before you dig deeper.
(my current favourite read are poems from Ibn Arabi)
Fixed your title and category.
I would check Al-Hallaj, if I were you.
