Angelic Mantras

I once used the one for connecting with innate divinity and then few days later I remember waking up feeling total happiness/joy…( I actually can’t explain it exactly), a feeling like I was floating somewhere in the sky while being protected by a large group of angels.

You may forgive my English, am not a native speaker.

Hi community
I was reading this old post about angelic mantras and I found interesting this particular mantra.

"Mesh fa luong tu pron na fo lem - To Purge Negative Subconscious Blocks and Break Free of Negative Thought Loops

WARNING: What comes up will rarely be pleasant"

What is it mean this warning ???

It means that, when purging the subconscious, not everything that will be revealed about yourself will be pleasant to come to terms with. No one wants to look at the ugly parts of themselves and accept them. We all have positive and negative aspects to our personalities, but society teaches us to ignore the negative, and put an overemphasis on what it sees as positive, which leads to a lot of repression of emotions like anger, and fear, and loneliness, all of which are unhealthy when not expressed.

This it could mean that all those repressed feelings for years, rises up to be faced and banished from mind ???

Yes, that’s what it means. The mantra is designed to purge them, and in order to purge them, they have to brought to the surface to be dealt with.

No. If it brings up anything you can’t deal with just stop chanting it.

Chant for as long as you want to. There is no prescribed number of repetitions. I chant for roughly 20-30 minutes, for example.
