All Astral Realms/Spheres

So I’m working on Astral Projection and travel and wanted to know if anyone has or could make a list of the different astral realms, spheres, and gates? It would be very helpful.
I couldn’t find a list on the fourm.

Listing ALL the spheres and realms and gates would be near impossible because there is just too much out there. However, you can break it down realm by realm. There are more details about these planes in EAs Soul Travel Course.
