Started the day with the Lwa banishing and empowerments. Felt some very subtle presences, like I had drawn the attention of someone and they were now looking at me.
I skipped doing the empowerments yesterday because i didn’t feel like it, but I’m trying to get out of that habit and establish a new daily routine.
Onward to adventure with the Lwa!
I really want to summon Met Kalfou for something important but do you think I need to build a strong relationship with him before I can petition him?
You should petition Papa Legba first. He’s the gatekeeper to the Lwa.
Sure I will definitely call papa legba first but I just want to know if Kalfou won’t get mad at me for asking him to do something for me on our first meeting 
day
There’s no harm in asking. The Lwa empowerments that Keteriya channeled call upon them without requiring a relationship so personally I don’t see a problem. We’re not practicing the religion of Voudon here and it can be difficult to separate the dogma from the actual reality but i think as long as you’re respectful, you shouldn’t have an issue.

I missed four days of the empowerments out of laziness but resumed them today. I have to say they are energetically kicking my ass. I seem to get struck by a headache, particularly on the left side, when I’m about half way through them.
I’m going to find some time to do a full calling of the Lwa. It’s been years since I’m made direct contact with them. Time continues to slip away from me.
Not to intrude on your thread but I wanted to say I can really relate to this and what helped me get my time in order and consistency going was asking Agares (For discipline, motivation, etc) and Seere (for making time “slower” so I can get more done in a shorter period of time). It’s made a day and night difference to my life so it might be worth a shot for you.
