No. That book is strictly for baneful purposes. The spirits in it don’t much care about humans.

Yes i have tried the forbidden grimoire of the Harut and Marut and it is very powerful. It has at least 50 love spells and it works with the jinn
yes, I have that book, but I guess there is no such thing as the initiation ritual before casting the spells there. because it starts to tell the spells directly, I saw that nothing is done before the spells
