Greetings! Are railroad tracks,black men and 3 black hounds somehow connected to vodoun?
It’s not directly vodoun, but I’m getting Hecate’s vibe from your list for some reason. She leads a train of ghosts and is associated with crossroads and travel, which fits with railroad tracks, she has a triple aspect (maiden, mother, & crone) along with her main color (black), and her sacred animal is the dog.

Rail Road tracks are Oggun. He also favors black Dogs as a sacrifice in some African traditions.
