Well. Can someone compel a sephirot or something of the nature to find out which sephirot on the tree of life they are in?
The only one I vibrated by name to my recollection was Yesod, and I’m thinking that’s the one that I have felt is like a “posession” but just want to be sure.

If you’re working with the Tree of Life, you should be able to tell which sephiroth (is that plural?) is present by “feeling it out” a bit. You could read over the descriptions of the different powers or ruling archangels and see what jumps out to you. I have an extremely bare-bones knowledge of Kabbalah though so I can’t really give you much from my own experience. I would just trust in your gut feelings.
That’s what I have done with the “feel it out” method.
